Movement Standards - RX Division
The following movement and weights are only guidelines. RX athletes should be able to complete all or a majority of the CrossFIt Open workouts confidently as RX. *Please note these are only guidelines, and are not guaranteed weights & movements to be included in the competition. If you are within this range or close to, you should consider yourself an RX’d athlete.
