Movement Standards - Scaled Division
Scaled athletes should have a good command of the basic fundamental skills of CrossFit and be comfortable with completing CrossFit Open scaled workouts. WOD’s will be designed so that everyone will be able to complete a portion of the work, while still allowing the fittest to distinguish themselves (just like in The Open). *Please note these are only guidelines, and are not guaranteed weights & movements to be included in the competition. If you are within this range or close to, you should consider yourself a scaled athlete.
